TRAIN TICKETS
REFUND POLICY
Please take note that all
passengers will have to provide the security
agent with an ID card (with picture) before
boarding the train.
All sales are final with a
possibility of changing the date of travel
once. A ticket is valid for a year from the
date of the original purchase. The first date
change is free, and a fee of $10.00 thereafter.
PURCHASE POLICY
RAIL CAR PASSENGERS
All tickets reservations have to
be paid by; cash, debit card or credit card, no
checks will be accepted.
Each passenger is
allowed one (1) carry-on baggage, which must:
·Be
placed on the rack above your seat;
·Weigh
no more than 4,6 kg (10 lbs)
·Measure
no more than 61 cm in length x 41 cm in width x
25 cm in height (24’ x 16’ x 10’)
BAGGAGE RAILCAR
Each passenger is allowed to
check up to three (3) pieces of baggage, which
must:
·Weigh
no more than 23 kg (50 lbs)
·An
extra charge of $10.00 applies for additional
piece of baggage.

Railway Transportation staff can refuse at
anytime to transport any article which
represents a risk or cannot be safely stored in
the railcars and does not assume responsibility
for any lost or damaged to carry-on baggage.

Only guide
animals for visually or hearing impaired
travelers are allowed in passenger cars. Dogs,
cats and small rodents are to be transported in
an animal cage of appropriate size (not provided
by TSH) and placed in the baggage railcars at
the cost of $15.00
NOTE
According to the Law on tobacco use, it is
strictly forbidden to smoke onboard the
passenger trains. Offenders will be prosecuted.
No vandalism or destruction of
property will be tolerated.
All passengers will be strongly
encouraged to keep their respective places in
the train. No loitering will be tolerated in the
coach alleys and in the dinning car. Patrons
must be vigilant and have control of their
children at all times, they will be allowed to
board the train.
Notice to passengers travelling
to Labrador
This is to advise you that the passenger train
does not travel to Labrador City anymore.
Travelers travelling to and from Labrador must
take highway 500 to Emeril Jct. Travelers can
wait for the train at the camp at Emeril. It is
your responsibility to travel to Emeril,
approximately 45 minutes drive from Labrador
City.
